“It’s a Family Tradition”
“You’ll feel right at home when you head to Jerseyville, Illinois to take part in a summer tradition – the 144th Annual Jersey County Fair. Get ready for a nine-day processional of unique shows, great entertainment, 4-H shows, carnival rides, games and fair food galore!
The action will be in the grandstands this year with the Thursday night Monster Truck Challenge and the Saturday night tractor pulls. You won’t want to miss the roaring thunder of the engines as the ITPA Truck & Tractor Pull Challenge heads to the track on Friday, July 12, followed by the NTPA Grand National Pull on Saturday, July 13.
Reserve your seat in the grandstand, but make sure you leave time to meander on the grounds for some great entertainment including Johnny Peers’ Muttville Comix and the Swifty Swing Racing & Swimming Pigs . You’ll be entertained, learn a little and laugh a lot at some of these free activities.
The Jersey County Fair is a family tradition. You won’t want to miss it!
